I'm Back!!

I'm back!!!!

I decided to start my blog back up for my mom to be able to keep up with my life since I moved out from Construction Zone to Roller Mills Utah- with my love!
(p.s. Avec Mon Amour is French for with my love)

so to get this started I went through my old posts
and found my "I made it a year blogging!" post and it was from 2011 and I wrote a list of 100 things about me

I thought it would be super fun- instead of writing a new list of get to know me stuff- I would take that list from 2011 and see what is still the same now that its 2015 and whats different 4 years later!

1.  I'm completely paranoid and terrified to drive! I was in one car accident and that was enough to get me off the road for the rest of my life! I've also witnessed many car accidents and I'm just scared to drive. I only drive if I HAVE to.This is still a very true statement!  Cam drives EVERYWHERE!!!
   
2.  I'm obsessed with Pink Floyd! My dad has taken me to the laser show and the aussie pink floyd show! I love PINK FLOYD!!!YES!!! PINK FLOYD is the bomb.com!
   
3.  I got a court subpoena for a car accident I witnessed... it was intense!
    
4. One of my favorite classes in school was Government- especially when we did Mock Trials- I'm really into court stuff, it’s very interesting to me.That was true in high school. I also loved dance company and laugh if you must... I loved math... and anatomy
   
5.   I love to write short stories. I don’t know why but I find great joy in it and whenever I had to write narratives for English I always got super excited about it because I just love writing.
    I should write more stories....
   
6.   My absolutely favorite book is "To Kill a Mockingbird" I love that book!!!! and the movie is really good tooyes- and Harper Lee wrote a sequel!!!!! I can't wait to read it!
   
7. I use to dye my hair all sorts of crazy colors – red, purple, blonde, blue

18. I stay up until 3-4 am every morning and then sleep until 3-4pm every daySemi true- we tend to stay up until 12pm and I work at 12 noon so I sleep in until 10 am

25. a lot of my nail polish are pink and I don’t really like the color pink but in nail polish I do…I like pink now.... it's one of my favorite colors

    does my boyfriend count?it's true I use to only hang out with the boys until they went on their missions, now I work/ teach a lot and hang out with my boyfriend and his friends on occasion

46.  I collect fashion magazines
    and I like to collect wedding magazines... don't worry about it babe... ha
    
47. My favorite candy of all time is Now and Laters, then Skittles, then Tootsie Pops

48.  I don’t really like desserts except Macarons, Sorbet/Fro Yo, and sometimes Cupcakes – but it depends on the cupcake- BUT I love to bake… Problem!
    I seriously have a macaron lady that I have to control myself to not order from every week!!

57.  I love blue eyes- I think they’re pretty! Yet only one of my boyfriends have ever had blue eyes – most of them had/have green!

58. I like to laugh at scary movies but I don’t find them scary at all and I actually find them pretty humorous

    I did the Surgical Tech Program at school
    SURGERY!!!! it definitely had it's cool moments..

71. Mendy and I use to write notes to each other all the time 2 years ago and they always contains big all lists and that kind of became "our thing"
    
72. Serena and I are always posting on Facebook about these crazy dances we're going to create.   Example: "Hey remember the last time you were at the zoo and tried to steal the Ostrich?? And when the zookeeper caught you, he taped you to the wall of the Bird Sanctuary with a sign that said 'Beware of the animal thief??' Well I decided to make a solo for you about it :) ".   We're Weird get over it :)

74. My town's power is EXTREMELY great at going out at the most inconvient times
    Haven't noticed lately.. but I also moved haha
    
75. My family use to take our big screen tv out onto our front porch and have neighborhood bbq's and watch the Jazz Game all the time in the summer - until the Jazz started to suck really badly! hahaha but it was WAY fun!
    I wish we still did this!

When I'm getting ready to go somewhere my dad thinks it's funny to criticize what I'm wearing to make me feel self consious and see how many times he can get me to change my outfit and then make fun of me about it cuz he just finds it soo funny that he can get me to change 10 times before I finally say "OKAY THAT'S ENOUGH!"

    I've gotten better about doing my make up since I have a grown up job now..

    Nope.... I'm like this strange thing called an adult now...

Crossroads

So I've decided everything in life comes down to a point,

a crossroad,

a decision

this could've been a little decision

such as like in high school

deciding

hanging out with friends vs. finishing homework and going to bed at a normal hour

summer before college

wondering if the college I chose was the right one

or even just what to do that day

that can change the course of the way you live that day

but sometimes these decisions and crossroads involved

friendships or relationships that you never imagined being compromised

and it sent you through a spiral of

"what have I done, why did I let that happend, etc."

but it's these moments in life where I realized things about myself I never would've figured out

without going through that pain and decision making

sometimes you realize that things in your life are
poisoning your chance to grow in life,

but you also see who and what is there to help you get through everything,

to help you grow and succeed in life.
you find out that sometimes things or people are
only put in your life temporarily because you needed them at that time
but not necessary now.

you also realize you're stronger than you thought your "weak" self was.

that even though that time in your life was hard

you got through it and now you can say

you "survived" that because you were strong enough

and that life is all about how you make it.

Like my friend Becca called her blog:

"Life is either a daring adventure or nothing"

Don't let the hardships in your life determine you,

they're only there to help you learm, and grow.

My friend Jentre said the most amazing thing on her facebook status the other day

"I love knowing that each morning I wake up,

 it means I get to start another wonderful day

and add another page to this book, called life. Sweet dreams:)"

rememeber that even if you have a horrible day today

tomorrrow is a new day

and you can make it how you want it to be.

If you want to have a good day

have a positive mindset and let life be the beautiful thing that it's suppose to be.

Lost in Motion

There is simply no words for how AMAZING this is! I can watch it over and over and over again!

Crazy moments that define life- I YEAR ANNIVERSARY OF MY BLOG!

Have you ever just been sitting around
and started thinking about all those things that happened in your life
and just say "I wish I could go back in time and change that.."?
or go back and stop something from ever happening

I have often wished this upon myself
until I think about how if something didn't happen to me,
or if something had happened differently
then my life could have potentially been very different

Example:
if my parent's had decided to keep me back another year before kindergarden
then I would've been a year behind and I never wouldn't've went to Construction Zone Jr. high and High School because by the time I was in 8th grade they would've had the two Jr highs
and I would've stayed at Diamond Back Snake Jr High
when I was a sophomore Eagle Zone High would've been built
and I would've just gone there.
I never would've meet my friends that I have now and my life would be soo different.
did that make any sense?? HAHAH


So a great many things have happened in my life

most were crazy weird and I dunno how to feel about them

but it's these priceless funny, sad, tramautizing, crazy moments that define my life

and I wanted to share some of these moments.

Pretty much failing out of 7th Grade
yeah... I really did
but I'm glad this happened
 it made me realize that school is important
and that after that my grades would start to really count
for college admission and such
so it made me buckle down and actually start tryng harder
and then my grades weren't a problem after that
and I graduated high school with high honors

and she could barely speak english so you could never understand her

Getting Through my First Semester of College

wow it's been a hard few months but I MADE IT! :)
